But Jesus called the children to him and said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

Youth Matters

" The Youth Group is a part of the church which allows teens (and tweenagers) to meet easily with each other, in a social setting. During these groups (generally twice a month) we have a brief bible study, prayer, any issues that the group members have, or anything they would like to ask about. I see this style of group to be incredibly beneficial as it allows us to learn about God, whilst making friends who can help us through troubled times."

Young Church
"Children are of course an important part of any congregation, and ours have their own Young Church meeting on a Sunday morning.  Young visitors are always welcome.
Young Church is aimed at children up to the end of primary school and meets every week during the Sunday morning service.
But this is not supposed to be like school, and so learning about and exploring the Christian faith is encouraged at the same time as having fun - artwork, cooking, games, music and dance."

Aberdeen Diocesan Youth Network

The network caters for young people aged between 12 and 25, and while it is largely split between two age groups – 12-18 and 18 -25, we are interested in developing work for both these age groups and may occasionally come together for events.

The Youth Network Blog
The Youth network has a blog at http://aberdeenandorkneyyouth.blogspot.com where information of events and the like are placed.
